Rules and Behavior Guide in Quickland
The Importance of Respect in Quickland
At Quickland Network, we pride ourselves on having one of the friendliest and most respectful Spanish-speaking communities in Minecraft. Maintaining this safe and fun environment for players of all ages is the highest priority of our Staff team.
To achieve this, we have a very clear rulebook. Below, we will explain in depth some of the most important rules to avoid misunderstandings and punishments.
1. Strict Prohibition of Hacks and Modified Clients
In Quickland, we promote fair play. The use of any client modification that grants an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- X-Ray (Seeing through blocks to find minerals).
- KillAura or any combat modification (Reach, Anti-Knockback).
- AutoClickers or macros that automate farming (except those allowed under specific regulations).
- Movement mods like Fly, Speed, or Spider.
Allowed Clients: You are free to use optimization clients like OptiFine, Lunar Client, Badlion Client, or LabyMod, as long as they do not include features that illegally alter vanilla game mechanics.
2. Respect in Global Chat
The chat is our main meeting point. Therefore, we maintain a Zero Tolerance policy against toxicity.
- Serious insults, discrimination of any kind, racism, or hate comments will result in an immediate mute and, depending on the severity, a temporary or permanent ban.
- Spam (repeating the same message several times) and Flood (sending nonsense messages that fill the screen) make the chat difficult to read and are also subject to sanction.
- Advertising: Mentioning IP addresses or names of other Minecraft servers in our chat is not allowed.
3. Griefing and Stealing
Although we are on a free Survival server, we have protection systems to ensure that no one can destroy or access your chests and creations without permission.
- If you do not protect your house and someone steals from you, the Staff will not always be able to return your items. It is your responsibility to use the protection systems available on the server to secure your territory and your belongings.
- Griefing (destruction or alteration) in protected areas is strictly prohibited. Likewise, “Mass Griefing” (destroying large free areas to intentionally ruin the landscape) is a behavior we monitor and penalize.
- Duplicating items in any shape or form is strictly prohibited.
- Scams through chat, Discord, or in direct trades are prohibited. We always suggest recording your valuable trades or using the secure trading menu (
/trade).
4. Farms and Server Lag
We want the server to flow without interruptions (at a constant 20 TPS). Therefore, we ask the community to be considerate when building massive farms.
- Machines that intentionally generate lag (Lag Machines) are not allowed.
- Avoid having thousands of entities (animals, villagers, or mobs) crammed into a single block (Entity Cramming). Limit the number of entities in your farms to avoid overloading the server.
- Note: You are allowed to create all kinds of farms. In case of causing performance issues on the server, you must respect and comply with the staff’s decision.
5. Multi-accounting and Evasion
We understand that multiple members of a family may play in the same house, but the abuse of alternate accounts is penalized.
- Multi-accounting is allowed as long as it is not used to obtain unfair advantages (farming events, economy, etc.).
- It is strictly prohibited to use alternate accounts to evade sanctions or bans. All accounts linked to the evasion will be sanctioned.
6. Bugs, Exploits, and Environment
The server is under constant development and bugs may arise.
- It is forbidden to abuse any bug or glitch of the game or plugins.
- It is the mandatory duty of the player to immediately report any detected bug to the staff. Benefiting from them in secret will result in a ban.
7. Staff Decisions and Appeals
Our moderation team works to ensure justice, but staff decisions must be respected.
- It is forbidden to impersonate staff members, TP-Kill them, or deceive them with false reports.
- Sanctions applied by the staff are backed by verifiable evidence.
- You have a limit of 24 hours of in-game time to appeal a sanction through our Discord. Past that limit, the decision will be considered final.
If we all cooperate and respect these regulations, Quickland will continue to be the best place to play Minecraft. Complying with these rules will not only prevent unnecessary penalties but directly contributes to keeping the economy stable, the chat free of toxicity, and the worlds clean.
It is vital that each player understands that these rules are not made to limit fun, but to protect the experience of other users. If you have questions about any rule or witness a player breaking them, do not hesitate to open a ticket on our official Discord. Thank you for helping us keep the community clean!
