1.1 Access and Age Requirements: To join and participate in the services of the QuickLand network, all users must register a unique access account during their first connection. In compliance with online child protection regulations, users must be at least 13 years of age. Users under the age of 13 may access the server only under the supervision and verified consent of their parents or legal guardians. All provided information will be handled under strict confidentiality standards detailed in our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Authorized Accounts and IP Sharing: Each user is permitted to register and operate one or more personal game accounts, strictly provided that none of them has active disciplinary sanctions. In residential environments where multiple individuals share the same public IP address, the creation and use of multiple individual accounts are authorized, provided that each account is operated by a different physical user and used fairly.

1.3 Data Verification and Access Restriction: The QuickLand administration reserves the right to validate the legitimacy of any account credentials, as well as to revoke, restrict, or deny registration or access to the network at any time for justified security reasons or violations.

1.4 Account Security and Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials (password, username, etc.), as well as all actions executed under their account. In case of detecting unauthorized access, security anomalies, or credential theft, the user must immediately report it to the QuickLand support team through official channels.

1.5 Disclaimer for Unauthorized Account Use: QuickLand Network disclaims all liability for loss of inventory, ranks, in-game progress, or general damage resulting from the improper or unauthorized use of the user's account, regardless of whether such activity occurred with or without the owner's knowledge.
