Server Rules
To maintain a healthy and fun community, it is important to respect the following rules.
- 1.1 Hacks, clients and modifications: Any software, client, or modification that grants unfair advantages is prohibited. This includes (but is not limited to): X-Ray, KillAura, Fly/Speed hacks, AutoClickers, Reach, modified Hitboxes, or textures that reveal hidden info. PvP clients like Lunar or Badlion are allowed as long as they don't alter gameplay unfairly.
- 1.2 Abuse of mechanics: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics of the game or plugins to gain an advantage is prohibited. All bugs must be reported to the staff.
- 1.3 Fair PvP: During combat, the use of artificial lag, exploits, or combat manipulation through bugs or external systems is not allowed.
- Multi-accounts are allowed as long as they are not used to gain unfair advantages.
- It is strictly prohibited to use alternate accounts to evade bans or punishments.
- It is prohibited to use alternate accounts to farm events, economy, or in-game advantages.
- All accounts linked to ban evasion will be punished.
- 3.1 Staff identity: It is prohibited to impersonate staff members or pretend to be them.
- 3.2 Respect for staff: Staff decisions must be respected in the moment. If you disagree, you can appeal formally through the official channels.
- 3.3 Abuse against staff: It is prohibited to TP-Kill staff members, as well as to deceive them with fake reports.
- It is prohibited to abuse any bug or glitch of the game or plugins.
- It is prohibited to intentionally replicate bugs or benefit from them directly.
- It is the player's mandatory duty to immediately report any detected bug to the staff.
- Scams during trades, on Discord, or within economic systems are prohibited.
- It is prohibited to steal accounts or attempt unauthorized access to other players' accounts.
- Impersonation or phishing practices on any QuickLand channel are strictly prohibited.
- Spam, flood, or excessive use of capital letters in chat channels is prohibited.
- Zero tolerance for discrimination, racism, hate, harassment, defamation, or serious insults toward players or staff.
- Language that promotes hate toward any group or individual is not allowed.
- Prohibited to share personal information of other users (real names, social networks, locations, etc.) without express consent.
- Advertising other servers or unauthorized external links is prohibited.
- Prohibited to impersonate another player using nicks or impersonation.
- Griefing (destruction or alteration) in claimed or protected areas is prohibited.
- Massive griefing in unregulated or free areas is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to build lag machines or systems designed to affect server performance.
- It is prohibited to duplicate items under any form or method.
- Farms must be optimized and designed not to cause lag.
- Automatic AFK systems that bypass server mechanics are prohibited.
- Complex redstone systems or massive farms may require review by the staff.
- Abusing entities or repetitive redstone circuits to cause lag intentionally is prohibited.
- Note: You are allowed to build all kinds of farms. In case they cause performance issues, you must respect and comply with the staff's decision.
- PvP is allowed only where the server systems naturally enable it.
- Spawn killing (repeatedly killing at spawn points) or constant harassment of players is prohibited.
- Any extremely offensive content (fascist symbols, nazism, extreme racism, etc.) is prohibited.
- Building offensive, vulgar, or illegal structures on the map is prohibited.
- Sharing or promoting content inappropriate for minors is prohibited.
- Promoting other Minecraft servers, unaffiliated social networks, or external services is prohibited.
- Any activity aimed at redirecting players away from the QuickLand network is prohibited.
- It is strictly prohibited to cheat in official server events.
- Using hacks, modified clients, or exploits in events will result in a permanent ban.
- Any attempt to manipulate event results or collude with others will be punished.
- Punishments vary depending on the severity of the offense and include: Warning, Temporary Mute, Kick, Temporary Ban, and Permanent Ban.
- Deletion of all linked accounts will be applied in extremely serious cases.
- Staff is authorized to adjust the type and duration of punishments based on context and evidence.
- Punishments applied by staff must be backed by verifiable evidence (server logs, screenshots, recordings, or system reports).
- Staff may not abuse their power, apply unjustified punishments, or act with favoritism.
- All applied punishments can be appealed and reviewed transparently through official channels.
- Appeal Limit: The player can only appeal a punishment within a maximum of 24 hours of accumulated in-game playtime since it was applied.
- Once the 24-hour limit has passed, the punishment is considered definitively accepted and cannot be appealed.
- If, after an official review, the staff maintains the punishment, the decision is final, binding, and cannot be appealed again.
- Players have dedicated channels on our official Discord server and support center to submit their appeal requests.
- If a rule or situation is not explicitly detailed in these regulations, the final decision will be made by the Staff team at their own discretion and must be respected without exception.
- The Staff team commits to updating the regulations as quickly as possible following the resolution of any detected legal loophole to ensure fairness and clarity for the community.
